Privacy Policy

Effective November 1, 2026

The short version

  • We collect what we need to run fundraisers: names, emails, gift details, shipping addresses for team merch, and how people use the site.
  • Stripe handles card and bank details. We never see or store your full card number.
  • We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted ads.
  • Team members are shown by first name and last initial only. No one under 13 may use FundMyClub.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at privacy@fundmyclub.com.

1. Who we are

This policy explains how Fund My Club LLC ("FundMyClub," "we," "us"), a subsidiary of YOKE Global Inc., collects, uses and shares personal information on fundmyclub.com (the "Service"). Questions go to privacy@fundmyclub.com.

2. Information we collect

From organizers: name, email, phone (optional), role, organization name, school, city and state, tax status and EIN where given, logos and text you upload, and your sign-in details. Stripe collects identity and bank details to pay your organization; we receive only your Stripe account id and its status.

From team members (Participants): first name and last initial, the team they belong to, their personal share link, and the gift totals credited to them. An email address only if they or the organizer give one. We do not ask Participants for photos. An Organizer may post a team photo, with permission, as the Terms describe.

From supporters: name, email, the amount and frequency of your gift, whether to show your name publicly, an optional message, and a shipping address and sizes if you choose team merch. Stripe collects your payment details; we receive the last four digits, card brand and billing ZIP where Stripe provides them.

From everyone, automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, the link that brought you to the site, and actions such as tapping Give or Share. We use cookies and similar technology to do this (see section 8).

3. How we use it

  • To run fundraisers: build pages, process gifts, credit gifts to the right team member, show progress and supporter lists, and pay organizations.
  • To make and ship team merch.
  • To send receipts and other messages about your gift or fundraiser.
  • To keep the Service safe: prevent fraud, verify accounts, and handle refunds and disputes.
  • To understand and improve the Service, for example which share buttons people use.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. What is public

Fundraiser pages are public. They show the organization's name, logo, story, goal and progress, and the team list by first name and last initial. Supporters' names and messages appear on the supporter list unless you choose to hide your name. Gift amounts are not shown next to supporter names.

5. Who we share it with

  • The organization you give to: your name, email, gift amount and message, so they can thank you and keep records. If you chose to hide your name, it is still shared with the organization but not shown publicly.
  • Service providers who work for us under contract: Stripe (payments and payouts), Printify (printing and shipping team merch; receives your name, shipping address and sizes), Clerk (organizer sign-in), Vercel (hosting and page analytics), Neon (database), Mixpanel (product analytics), and Resend and Customer.io (sending our emails).
  • Our parent company and affiliates, who help run the Service under this policy.
  • Authorities and others when the law requires it, or to protect people, the Service or our rights.
  • A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized.

6. Messages

We send transactional messages, such as receipts, monthly gift notices and shipping updates. We do not send text messages. When you share a fundraiser by text, the message goes from your own phone to people you choose. If we later send marketing email, every message will include a way to unsubscribe.

7. Children and teens

The Service is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn we have, we delete it. Contact privacy@fundmyclub.com if you think a child under 13 gave us information.

Participants aged 13 to 17 join only through an organizer (added by the organizer, or by the team link the organizer sends) and with a parent or guardian's permission, which the organizer or the member confirms. We show them by first name and last initial only, and we do not sell or share their information for advertising. A parent, guardian or teen may ask us to remove a Participant or a photo, or delete their information, at any time. California residents under 18 may ask us to remove content they posted.

For schools: we do not sell student information, we use it only to run the fundraiser, and we delete it on the school's request.

8. Cookies and similar technology

We use:

  • Essential cookies: to keep organizers signed in, keep checkout secure and prevent fraud. Stripe sets its own cookies at checkout for fraud prevention.
  • Attribution cookie: when you open a team member's link, we store which link you used for 30 days, so your gift is credited to them.
  • Analytics: we record page views and actions in our own systems and in Mixpanel, and Vercel measures page views. This helps us improve the Service.

We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some features, like signing in, may stop working. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of any sale or sharing.

9. How long we keep it

We keep gift and payout records for as long as tax, accounting and legal rules require, generally seven years. We keep other information while your account or the fundraiser is active and for a reasonable period after, then delete or de-identify it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. Card data is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS certified. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia), you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy.
  • Correct it.
  • Delete it, subject to legal exceptions such as tax records.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and of targeted advertising. We do neither.
  • Not be treated differently for using these rights.

To make a request, email privacy@fundmyclub.com with the subject "Privacy request." We will verify your identity and respond within the time the law requires (generally 45 days). You may use an authorized agent. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying with the subject "Privacy appeal," and then contact your state attorney general if you disagree.

Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of personal information; we do not sell it. We do not collect consumer health data.

12. United States only

The Service is for people in the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the United States.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and give notice of material changes.
